A reforming ex-gangster tries to reconcile with his estranged policeman brother, but the ties to his former gang are difficult to break.
Bullet-grazed suits and heavy-handed melodrama redefine the Hong Kong crime epic with a stylized, operatic flair. This kinetic collision of brotherhood and betrayal transforms standard gunplay into a poetic ritual of loyalty.
