An American man unwittingly gets involved with werewolves who have developed a serum allowing them to transform at will.
A charmingly eccentric Julie Delpy brings a bright, witty energy to this campy romp through the streets of France. The plot swaps traditional dread for slapstick mayhem involving lycanthropes who use science to control their lunar transformations.
