About
You can stream Boomerang (1992) on Paramount+ with a subscription.
Marcus is a successful advertising executive who woos and beds women almost at will. After a company merger he finds that his new boss, the ravishing Jacqueline, is treating him in exactly the same way. Completely traumatised by this, his work goes badly downhill.
This sharp satire trades typical rom-com sweetness for a biting look at how ego and infidelity collide in the high-pressure world of Madison Avenue advertising. Instead of a fairy tale, you get a fast-paced cycle of heartbreak where the predator suddenly becomes the prey.
