The Candyman, a murderous soul with a hook for a hand, is accidentally summoned to reality by a skeptic grad student researching the monster's myth.
A resonant, honeyed baritone turns a local urban legend into a terrifyingly magnetic presence that lingers long after the credits roll. This urban nightmare breathes life into sociological dread through a hauntingly intimate connection between a researcher and her subject.
