Cherry drifts from college dropout to army medic in Iraq—anchored only by his one true love, Emily. But after returning from the war with PTSD, his life spirals into drugs and crime as he struggles to find his place in the world.
A young medic's descent from the battlefields of Iraq into a drug-fueled haze of addiction turns a soldier's homecoming into a frantic struggle for survival. This hallucinatory odyssey captures the jagged edges of trauma through a lens of frantic, neon-soaked desperation.
