A pathetic police chief, humiliated by everyone around him, suddenly wants a clean slate in life, and resorts to drastic means to achieve it.
Can a humiliated police chief reclaim his dignity by orchestrating a lethal, calculated spree of vengeance? This dark satire trades police procedural tropes for a twisted, darkly comedic look at a man pushed past his breaking point.
