Samantha MacKenzie, the daughter of the president of the United States, arrives at college with a group of Secret Service agents. Samantha, however, resents their presence and decides she wants to attend school just like a normal student.

Can a teenager find any semblance of a normal college experience while living under the constant shadow of a Secret Service detail? This lighthearted romp pits the desire for independence against the suffocating security of the White House.
