About
You can stream First Knight (1995) on Sony Pictures Core Amazon Channel with a subscription, rent on Apple TV+, or buy on Apple TV+.
The timeless tale of King Arthur and the legend of Camelot are retold in this passionate period drama. Arthur is reluctant to hand the crown to Lancelot, and Guinevere is torn between her loyalty to her husband and her growing love for his rival. But Lancelot must balance his loyalty to the throne with the rewards of true love.
Forget the heavy political maneuvering of typical Arthurian epics to find a sweeping, romanticized adventure focused on heart and chivalry. This version prioritizes the simmering chemistry between its central trio over complex battlefield strategy.
