About
The tragic story of world-renowned cellist Jacqueline du Pré, as told from the point of view of her sister, flautist Hilary du Pré-Finzi.
Melancholy strings and a sense of vanishing brilliance define this intimate portrait of musical genius and its slow erosion. Through a sister's observant eyes, the film captures the quiet ache of watching a virtuoso lose herself to illness.
