In a small town in Maine, seven children known as The Losers Club come face to face with life problems, bullies and a monster that takes the shape of a clown called Pennywise.
Small-town Maine feels suffocatingly intimate as a group of misfit kids faces a shapeshifting predator hiding in the sewers. This nightmare transforms childhood trauma into a visceral battle for survival against a terrifying clown.
