About
You can watch Just Super (2022) on Hoopla with a participating library card.
11-year-old gaming enthusiast Hedvig finds her life turned upside down when she is forced to replace her father as the town’s superhero much earlier than expected. But Hedvig is no superhero, and the challenges are far greater than her coaching father anticipated.
An eleven-year-old gamer must suddenly swap her headset for a cape when her father’s superhero retirement arrives far too early. This charming animation captures the clumsy, heartfelt struggle of a child trying to save a town without any actual superpowers.
