A ventriloquist is at the mercy of his vicious dummy while he tries to renew a romance with his high school sweetheart.
A lonely seaside town provides the backdrop for a crumbling psyche as a performer's boundary between reality and ventriloquism dissolves. That wooden dummy becomes a terrifying extension of a fractured mind, turning a quiet romantic reunion into a claustrophobic nightmare.
