About
You can stream Martian Child (2007) on Howdy Amazon Channel with a subscription.
A recently-widowed science fiction writer considers whether to adopt a hyper-imaginative 6-year-old abandoned and socially-rejected boy who says he's really from Mars.
Melancholy meets whimsical wonder in this gentle character study about finding connection through a child's eccentric delusions. This quiet fable finds beauty in the awkward, lonely spaces between a grieving writer and a boy who refuses to belong on Earth.
