About
You can stream Morita-san wa Mukuchi (2011) on Crunchyroll with a subscription.
Mayu Morita is a high school girl who rarely speaks, not because she doesn't like to talk nor because she has nothing to say, but because she thinks too much before speaking, thus losing altogether the timing to speak.
Morita spends so much time perfecting her internal monologue that every perfect sentence arrives far too late to be spoken aloud. This quiet comedy finds humor in the awkward, silent gaps left behind by a girl paralyzed by her own overthinking.
