A man looking for the release of a long-time prisoner takes a police officer, his daughter, and a group of strangers hostage.
Can a single officer protect his daughter while trapped inside a high-rise under siege by desperate criminals? Jackie Chan trades his signature slapstick for bone-crunching combat as the building turns into a claustrophobic battlefield.
