When he hears talk radio host Fran Ambrose discussing the topic of matricide, Norman calls in under a false name to tell his story.
The static-filled airwaves of a late-night talk radio show provide the perfect, claustrophobic stage for a fractured mind to confess its oldest sins. This prequel reconstructs the fractured psyche of a killer through a chillingly intimate lens.
