About
You can stream Shrek (2001) on Peacock with a subscription, rent on Apple TV+, or buy on Apple TV+.
It ain't easy bein' green -- especially if you're a likable (albeit smelly) ogre named Shrek. On a mission to retrieve a gorgeous princess from the clutches of a fire-breathing dragon, Shrek teams up with an unlikely compatriot -- a wisecracking donkey.
This irreverent fairy tale subverts every sugary trope with swampy humor and sharp, cynical wit. Expect a chaotic, laugh-out-loud road trip featuring a relentless talking donkey and a princess who refuses to be a damsel.
