Two bumbling government employees think they are U.S. spies, only to discover that they are actually decoys for nuclear war.
A chaotic, frantic energy radiates from the central duo as they stumble through an accidental Cold War conspiracy. This ridiculous romp trades logic for pure, unadulterated slapstick mayhem.
