About

17 year old Pauly is a closeted high school kid who wants it all. His dad wants him to make the track team, his mom wants him to do well in band, and Pauly just wants to get closer to the new student teacher doing the school play.
Instead of a typical coming-of-age melodrama, this indie character study finds its humor in the awkward friction between teenage desire and parental expectations. Pauly's quiet pursuit of a teacher through the lens of high school theater turns a standard rebellion story into something uniquely tender.
