In the working-class suburbs of Philadelphia, an FBI agent heads a task force assembled to put an end to a string of violent robberies led by an unsuspecting family man.
The decaying suburbs of Philadelphia provide a suffocating backdrop for a collision between a relentless federal agent and a desperate family man. This cat-and-mouse game turns ordinary neighborhood streets into a volatile battlefield where the line between law and survival blurs.
