About

After a defecting Russian general reveals a plot to assassinate foreign spies, James Bond is assigned a secret mission to dispatch the new head of the KGB to prevent an escalation of tensions between the Soviet Union and the West.
Cold War paranoia drips from every frame as a more cynical, rugged Bond navigates a landscape of shifting loyalties and lethal espionage. This entry trades gadget-heavy whimsy for a taut, serious edge that prioritizes tension over spectacle.
