The story of an inner-city Los Angeles police precinct where some of the cops aren't above breaking the rules or working against their associates to both keep the streets safe and their self-interests intact.
A relentless, morally bankrupt unit leader operates in the gray space between law enforcement and organized crime. This frantic look at corruption turns every precinct meeting into a battlefield of shifting loyalties and broken promises.
