Exposed to radioactive waste, small-time crook Enzo gains super-strength. A misanthropic, introverted brute, he uses his powers for personal gain until he meets Alessia, a mentally ill girl who believes Enzo is the hero from her favorite anime, Steel Jeeg.
Enzo possesses the superhuman strength to crush anyone in his path, yet he remains a hollow shell of a man driven only by selfish impulses. His lonely, violent trajectory shifts when a delusional girl mistakes his radioactive mutation for a cartoon superhero.
