About
A group of friends take refuge in a deserted sanatorium after they are left stranded in a snowstorm. Later, the place becomes a death trap when man-eating cannibals surround them.
A frantic, wide-eyed terror radiates from the lead as she realizes the snowbound sanatorium is anything but empty. Cannibalistic hunters turn this frozen asylum into a claustrophobic slaughterhouse where every corridor hides a jagged blade.
