About
You can stream You Were Never Really Here (2017) on Amazon Prime with a subscription.
A traumatized veteran, unafraid of violence, tracks down missing girls for a living. When a job spins out of control, Joe's nightmares overtake him as a conspiracy is uncovered—leading to what may be his death trip or his awakening.
A haunted, twitchy intensity radiates from every frame as a broken mercenary navigates a jagged landscape of trauma and sudden brutality. This sensory assault swaps traditional action for a disorienting, hallucinatory fever dream.
