About
You can stream Derek (2013) on Netflix with a subscription.
Derek is a loyal nursing home caretaker who sees only the good in his quirky co-workers as they struggle against prejudice and shrinking budgets to care for their elderly residents.
Derek navigates a world of bureaucratic neglect and biting cynicism with a purity of heart that feels almost radical. This quiet character study finds profound beauty in the small, messy connections shared between lonely residents and their eccentric caregivers.
